OK…

I’ve re-landscaped the front yard, I’ve re-arranged the closets, and I’ve cleaned out the garage. I’ve had houseguests, I’ve had travel plans, and I’ve had deadlines and commitments. I’ve had softball games, college basketball games, and workouts. I’ve had every excuse in the book and my friend and business partner, Randy Gage, is tired of them all. He’s been bugging me for months now, “When are you going to get your website up and running?” For months…every other day…and he doesn’t just nag…he’s vicious. Challenging my character and talking about my Mother as well!

For many years we have all been barraged by network marketing gurus and their followers telling us how to get rich quick overnight with network marketing.

I’ve seen and heard them all. It wasn’t until my good friend, Randy Gage, also a softball teammate and my real estate client told me about Agel Enterprises did I ever take a serious look. He’s the real deal…I didn’t quite know his entire background at the time…I just knew he drove to the softball fields in a bright yellow Viper or a black Bentley and I didn’t!

So when he told me to take a 30 minute look at this new company called Agel…I did…and that one decision has made all of the difference in the world during this horrible downward spiral in the real estate market.

You see…

Over the past 25 years, I’ve been in real estate...my education is in real estate, my background is in real estate, my passion is real estate…but when Randy asked me a very simple question I decided to take a look at another way to create an additional income stream.

The question was: “How much money are you going to make when you go to sleep tonight?” Wow…that hit me like a ton of bricks…

Because the answer was a “big fat zero!”

No matter how much money I made at a real estate closing…I walked away from the closing table unemployed…having to start all over and find a new client or a new listing.

When Randy Gage first asked “How much money are you going to make when you go to sleep tonight,” I was in the throes of one of the fastest growing real estate markets to hit the United States…South Florida…where property values were appreciating 30% per year and stupid people were making stupid money.

I wasn’t looking for a new business…I was working 18 hours a day in a profession that I loved and had built a 25-year career…making more money than ever.

The American Dream right?

Little did I know that six months later, Hurricane Wilma would come roaring through South Florida with an unpredicted vengeance that changed our real estate market forever.

Now six years later it has yet to recover. Had we not been able to create a substantial cash flow with Agel before this sudden halt of the real estate market, I would be living underneath a very nice bridge right now.

Instead, Agel has provided a cash flow that not only maintained but enhanced my life in a huge way. Besides the trips and cruises…Maui, the Caribbean, the Great Barrier Reef, Barcelona, Cannes, Rome, Corsica, and Malaga…besides the car bonus…Bentley Continental GT, I’ve been able to develop friendships with great people all over the world…the best part of Agel by far.

Luckily I open to listening to Randy and to another method of generating income…and thankfully that income has generated more cash flow than I ever did as a real estate broker…working part time and it comes every month!
